Kenyan Legal Services

Certain Kenyan legal services may be provided through or in conjunction with Alium Law LLP and other appropriately qualified Kenyan legal professionals.

Allan Onyango is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and maintains a current practising certificate in Kenya.

Kenyan legal services are provided in accordance with the professional and regulatory requirements applicable to advocates practising in Kenya.

Alium Law LLP is a law firm established in Kenya.

Alium Law LLP appears on the Solicitors Regulation Authority register as a Foreign Law Practice.

Foreign Law Practices are not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Alium International Legal Services Limited is not authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and does not undertake reserved legal activities in England & Wales unless such activities are carried out through an appropriately authorised individual or entity.

Where necessary, clients may be referred to appropriately authorised legal practitioners.
