Alium International Legal Services Limited is not an SRA authorised law firm. The business does not hold itself out as an authorised practice and does not undertake reserved legal activities in England and Wales unless lawfully entitled to do so.
5. Nature of Services
Our services include cross-border legal support, Kenyan legal coordination, document certification support, powers of attorney, succession and property support, commercial contracts, governance and market-entry advisory services. Where specialist advice is required we may work with appropriately qualified professionals.
6. Relationship with Other Professionals
Where appropriate we may introduce or work alongside independent legal professionals or other advisers in relevant jurisdictions. Unless expressly agreed in writing, those professionals remain separately responsible for their own advice and services.
